As the Director of Leasing & Contracts, Valeria has been with Marvin Gardens for over a year, beginning at the front desk before moving into their current role. She is able to connect with a wide range of people, from showing available rental homes in Longmont to assisting with diverse housing needs – always aiming to help others find a place they can truly call home. Each day brings a new story and the chance to make a meaningful impact.
Outside of work, Valeria enjoys spending time at the gym and being with loved ones, whether through planned outings or casual hangouts. Passionate about music, she is open to all genres and always welcome new recommendations. She also loves exploring new places, getting outside, and finding joy in everyday life.
