About Me

Laura Stratton is not only our Director of Leasing here at Marvin Gardens, she is a skilled, licensed Broker Associate as well!  While we all truly work in housing through our property management experience, Laura's daily tasks including showing and leasing units gets her eyes on so many properties and helps her see the details that make a house a home.  Laura is excellent at customer service, super sharp at negotiations and reading the market, and highly motivated to do a great job for her clients.  Laura is local here in Longmont and is a successful musician in addition to her day job.  She is a seriously awesome and genuine person and we're glad to have her on our team!
