About Me
Carol Parker is a seasoned real estate veteran with a long, rich history of savvy negotiations and a stellar track record of results for her loyal clients. Since 1994, she has excelled in residential sales by providing a superior level of service and expertise to her buyers and sellers, to whom she remains committed well beyond the close of their transaction. The greatest testament to the quality of Carol's work and depth of her relationships are the repeat and referral clients that comprise the majority of her business. Because she sees every person and every property as unique, she is able to deliver well-focused, customized service that is geared toward your success.
Carol's consultative approach to real estate begins with a strong understanding of each client's personal needs. She believes that every buyer deserves respectful, professional treatment when searching for their dream home, and a partner who is dedicated to their best interests. Working with sellers, Carol understands that your home is your prized asset; as such, she devotes extreme time and attention to the seamless orchestration of your sale, from pricing analytics to strategic marketing and skilled negotiating.
Specializing in residential resales, Carol is driven by a passion for the housing industry and helping clients. She began selling real estate in Coeur d' Alene, Idaho before moving to Kirkland, Washington in 1999, then Colorado in 2021. Carol has complemented her professional knowledge with her personal experience building several of her own homes over the years. Because she is intimately familiar with real estate as an emotional purchase and a value-driven investment, she believes in educating clients thoroughly to inspire comfortable, confident decisions.
Originally from western New York State, Carol studied Finance at Metro State College in Denver and has an extensive finance and business background that gives her a distinct edge in servicing her real estate clients. She previously worked as an accountant for a well-known manufacturing company in Denver, Colorado, plus ran her own business plan preparation company helping small business owners obtain financing.
Carol relocated to Longmont, CO to be near her son, daughter-in-law and precious newborn granddaughter. Carol loves the balance Colorado brings and is truly thrilled to call Longmont home. As she says, “it’s good to be home”. She is an active volunteer in her community, and in her spare time enjoys writing, photography, travel, entertaining and attending workshops that lift the mind and spirit.
