Jimmy Walker

Our Maintenance Director extraordinaire, Jimmy Walker is tasked with ensuring the homes we manage are kept safe and compliant.  Striking and maintaining balance while creating a bridge between tenants, owners, required safety and compliance items, and the coordination of the contractors who complete the work, Jimmy’s role presents unique challenges and rewards.  Maintenance issues don’t abide by things like the calendar or the clock, so having such a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director like Jimmy makes the Marvin Gardens Property Management Portfolio a lucky one.

Jimmy has an eclectic work history including (but not limited to) construction worker, farmhand, movie theater projectionist, and gold miner all of which inform who he is today both professionally, and personally.  He has lived in Colorado for 20+ years and Longmont for 15+ of those years.  He loves to camp, hike, and galaxy surf with his best friend Doozy.
