This month we will be reading “The Passenger” by Cormac McCarthy. This is book one in a series of two novels. McCarthy is most famous for “The Road”, a book that Book Club read some time ago; this book revolves around Bobby Western and a missing passenger from a plane flight. Thematically, we’re apparently in for a ride exploring morality and science, the legacy of sin, and the madness that is human consciousness. Hope we all enjoy exploring and perhaps getting a bit wet/lost in this world!
Edison (aka Chef) is kindly hosting next club in the Marvin Gardens office. Generally a bar setter, who knows what he’ll come up with, but I know I’m looking forward to it!
